Where can I purchase a Gift Card?
Boston's Gift Cards may only be purchased at a Boston's restaurant or online at bostons.com. No third party is authorized to sell or resell a Boston's Gift Card.
I didn't receive my eGift Card via email.
Always check your Spam and Junk folders. Otherwise, please email contact@bostons.com with as much detail as possible about the transaction (including but not limited to your Order Number) so that we may find your card information.
Can I re-load my card?
Yes. Gift Card Balances can be reloaded at any Boston's location in the United States.
Can Boston's Gift Cards be redeemed outside of the United States?
No. Gift Cards must be redeemed in the country they were purchased. Gift Card purchased for Boston's in the United States may only be redeemed at US-based locations.
How do I earn points?
Please check-in at your local Boston’s or notify your server that you are a loyalty member. Your account is then linked to your check to earn points.
I didn't earn points last time I visited. What can I do?
Sometimes we miss a step at the restaurant. If this happened to you, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please email a copy of your receipt to mybostons@bostons.com and we can manually adjust your account to reflect your new point balance.
Do I earn points on liquor purchase?
Point Accrual and Reward Redemption on non-food items is store-specific in compliance with local and state laws.
What’s the best way to identify myself as a Loyalty Member while in the restaurant?
Download the free MyBoston’s Rewards app for iPhone and Android. When at the restaurant, use the “check-in” feature and notify your server. This will tie your loyalty account to your check. You may also provide your email address or phone number as unique identifiers of your account in the event that your name is John Smith, along with many of users!
